Incase of any requests/complaints, feedback/suggestions about IPPB services, customers can raise ticket from personal Mob App without contacting the access point or concerned IPPB branch.
These tickets known as CSRM tickets will be assigned to CPC or to branch depending upon the nature of ticket and the concerned section is required to take action on each ticket..screen shots of the same is given below for information.
