Postman Mobile Application issue in Samsung J2 Mobile and Solutions

Attention all offices having scanning issue (where scanning was working properly earlier) in Postman App.

For Samsung J2 mobiles in which Google Play Service is already updated (to version 19.2.75), but it's not scanning the articles properly, please try the below solution.

Take Settings (of the mobile)
Go to Application-> Application Manager
Click on Google Play Services
Click on Clear Cache
After clearing Cache, click on Manage Storage and then click on Clear All Data and then click OK to confirm.
After that take Postman app again. It may take to long to load. Then close all the running apps.
Now again take Postman app and it will do the scanning properly.
