In majority of the cases it has been found that beat master list downloaded from DPMS web placed in bridge application solves the issue. This is mentioned in FAQs also.
PMA user may be asked to stop and start communication in app atleast once in a day.
By reducing communication time to one minute, they can check themselves whether atleast one article is getting reflected in article tracking.
